Print-Ready PDF Guidelines

To ensure your file prints correctly, please follow these basic steps:

1. File Size

  • Set your document to the final trim size
  • Add 0.125" bleed on all sides (if your design has color to the edge)

2. Safe Area

  • Keep all important text and logos at least 0.125" inside the edges
  • This prevents anything from being cut off

3. Resolution

  • Use 300 DPI for all images and graphics

4. Color Mode

  • Use CMYK color mode for accurate printing colors

5. Fonts

  • Convert fonts to outlines OR embed them in the PDF

6. File Format

  • Submit as a print-ready PDF
  • No crop marks unless requested

7. Final Check

  • Double-check spelling, alignment, and image quality before submitting
